We’re thrilled to announce that starting October 2025, New Heights Direct Primary Care will begin accepting Medicare beneficiaries!

If you or a loved one is on Medicare and looking for a better way to experience healthcare — one that’s personal and accessible — this is your chance.

Whether you're new to Medicare or are already enrolled, we invite you to join our membership-style of practice. Here at New Heights, you pay a flat monthly fee to have access to great quality health care, more time with your provider, and better access to your provider any time you need them.

  • Can I keep my Medicare coverage and still join New Heights DPC? Yes! We work alongside your Medicare benefits to offer you more personalized care. You’ll still have access to specialists, hospitals, and other services as needed.

  • What’s different about Direct Primary Care? Direct Primary Care means you have a direct relationship with your provider—no insurance middlemen, no billing surprises. Just care.

  • Are there any co-pays or deductibles? No. Our membership model eliminates co-pays and deductibles. We never bill your insurance. Instead, you pay a simple monthly fee for unlimited access.

  • What kinds of visits are included? We offer in-clinic, home, office, and virtual visits. Wherever you are, we’re here for you.

  • What if I have chronic conditions? We specialize in family medicine and chronic care management, so we are more than capable of taking care of your need!  In the direct primary care model, we are able to have much longer appointment times which gives you all the time you need to discuss complex health issues without feeling rushed.​​
