Frequently Asked Questions
What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?
Direct Primary Care is a healthcare model that offers patients unlimited access to their primary care physician for a flat monthly fee. There are no copays, deductibles, or insurance billing—just personalized, accessible care.

Do you accept insurance?
Most of our patients have insurance, but we do not bill any insurance. This allows us to keep costs transparent and care more personalized. You are encouraged to keep insurance for emergencies or specialist care, but it's not required to join our practice.

Can I join if I have Medicare?
At the moment, we are unable to see Medicare patients, but we hope to be able to see these patients within the next 3-6 months. If you would like to be added to our Medicare wait-list to be notified when we are start enrolling Medicare patients, please contact our office.

While similar in personal care and access, DPC does not involve high annual fees or insurance billing like concierge medicine. Our focus is on affordability and transparency for everyday healthcare.
